FabRx provides a novel and flexible platform for the production of personalised medicines, revolutionising medical treatment for patients around the world.
FabRx’s innovative 3D printer, M3DIMAKER™, allows printing with different nozzles. The system is controlled by specialised software, allowing the selection of the dosage required by the pharmacist according to the prescription given by the doctor. It also incorporates state-of-the-art fingerprint access control, together with a data matrix reader, which ensures manufacturing reliability and that only qualified personnel have access to the technology’s outstanding features.
The system is also equipped with advanced online quality control procedures, and together with camera monitoring of the printing process to track progress, detects any faults during the manufacturing process.
